Had a very nice experience today when I dropped in (as I was in the area). I have a consultation booked for Mid-March, but just wanted to step in and get a feel for the clinic atmosphere. I was also able to have a quick meet&greet with Deborah (if I remember her name correctly. She is a member of the surgery team. She was very warm and friendly and answered a few questions that I had. Thank you. I look forward to my consultation with the surgeon later.

I am incredibly disappointed with my experience at ODC. My issues began with the booking process. I scheduled a consultation for microblading removal a week in advance, only to be called 24 hours before my appointment to be told the provider I selected doesn’t even perform that service. This required me to scramble to reschedule childcare. If your booking system allows clients to pair specific providers with specific services, it needs to be accurate. Respect for a client’s time is also important.
The consultation itself was even more concerning. The practitioner didn’t physically examine my eyebrows to assess the depth of the ink or skin texture. They seemed unfamiliar with the term oxidation until I elaborated further and they were unaware of one of the most common pigment brands on the market. Understanding the pigment is crucial. Many inks contain titanium dioxide, which can oxidize (turn orange) when hit by certain lasers. I was not confident in the expertise or training level.
On top of the consultation fee (usually $100, but mine was half as part of a promotion) I was told at the appointment that I would need to pay an additional $300 for a patch test. The treatment itself is $500 per session. I have never been to a clinic that doesn’t include a patch test as part of the “suitability” phase of a laser consult. Charging 60% of the cost of a full session, in addition to the consultation fee, for a single laser pulse to determine whether you’re a candidate for the treatment is unheard of and predatory.
I’ll be taking my business to a clinic that values my time, clinical safety, knowledge, and isn’t a cash grab.

My experience with Dr. Jennifer MacIsaac was the best. She is very caring with her professional, knowledgeable and personable approach. When I first arrived at the clinic I felt anxious. However, after seeing Dr. MacIsaac, I left relieved with a newfound understanding of my condition. It was comforting to know that I could reach out to her for future advice and treatment.
The clinic itself is a very modern, clean and welcoming facility. I was also very impressed by the friendly staff who obviously enjoyed working together and with their clients.
Overall, my appointment at the Ottawa Derm Centre with Dr. MacIsaac was a 100% positive experience. Thank you.

Love this place! I am a seasoned spider vein client and have had sclerotherapy, IPL, BBL in the past at another clinic over the past 30 years or so. Decided to try ODC due to the reviews and extremely clean space. Nancy at ODC did my BBL for spider veins on my face and after 4 sessions I’m hoping to see major improvement. Will review again once I see the final results. She also did Pico on my chest for a brown spot and it’s pretty much gone, however, a second session is included in the price so I will wait and see results of first session. Nancy is amazing, she’s very kind and gentle and explains everything to you so you’re aware of the process etc. Highly recommend Nancy and honestly all the staff are lovely and very professional. The clinics are extremely clean which is the way it should be when dealing with your skin issues. Thank you Nancy for such a great experience overall! Highly recommend ODC, no need to go anywhere else.

My experience at the Ottawa Derm Centre has been fantastic. From Moxi and CoolSculpting treatments to their Vivier skincare line, everything has been top-notch. The staff makes all the difference; Annie, Nancy, and Trish are so warm and professional, they make every visit a pleasure. The clinic is conveniently located and has such a calming, welcoming atmosphere. It’s a place where you feel genuinely looked after. Highly recommend to anyone in Ottawa!

I never write reviews, but I had to for this clinic. I had a breast reduction with Dr. Chitte. He is the most honest, kind, and calming doctor I’ve ever met. He truly eased my anxiety and made me feel completely safe and understood.
Debra, one of the nurses, was incredibly sweet and supportive. She made me feel genuinely cared for and always took the time to answer my questions and reassure me.
Everyone went above and beyond to make me feel at ease. The entire staff, including the receptionists, were welcoming, patient, and so kind. As someone who’s always been scared of surgery, I’m beyond grateful for the experience I had. The hospital team was just as amazing, and I am so happy with my results.
This clinic is truly the best of the best!

Had an excision done recently at ODC.
Dr.Hashimoto was very competent and caring she did an excellent job. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients. The operation felt so smooth and comfortable.
She answered every single question I had without making me feel rushed for asking questions.
Bonus points for the spotless office, it is really appealing to the eye.
I would highly recommend ODC and Dr.Hashimoto.

I was lucky enough to get Dr. Chitte for my breast reduction last year. The results are absolutely incredible! Kim treated my rosacea with broadband laser. I can’t believe how much less red my face is!! People have even asked me why my skin looks so good. Kim has been wonderful- she is gentle, calm and always tells me what’s happening. An absolute professional and obviously skilled. I would recommend to anyone who is looking to improve the appearance of their rosacea- and moreover I would 100% recommend Kim!

I recently visited the Ottawa Derm Centre for a skincare consult with Kim and what an amazing experience it was! Everything was just perfect – from the easy online booking system, to the friendly welcome that I received when I arrived, to the beautiful premises. But most importantly, Kim was SO wonderful to deal with. She explained everything I needed to know thoroughly but in a way I could understand. I left there feeling confident that she will be able to help me address all of my concerns and I feel 100% ready to move forward with her recommended procedures and skin care regime.
