Important Information
A consultation is required for all new patients, and for existing patients who are pursuing concerns not previously discussed within the past 12 months.

Patients are considered “Existing” when they have been seen within the past 12 months for the same concern they are booking for. If a treatment is booked without a prior consultation for that concern, the treatment deposit will be applied toward a consultation fee.
Consultation fees cover the assessment, discussion of treatment options and expert recommendations. If you proceed with treatment, the treatment fee is separate and in addition to the consultation fee. Although we make every effort to provide treatment in the most expedient manner, treatment may not be provided at the time of consultation and could require a separate appointment.
