Catherine, the patient liaison, greeted me with such warmth—it really set the tone for the rest of my visit. I had my first Botox treatment with Nadya, and she made the experience exciting and stress-free with her calm, professional approach. I also underwent a mole removal procedure with Vanessa, who was exceptionally knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly, which I truly appreciated.Overall, the care and attention I received at ODC exceeded my expectations. Kim treated my rosacea with broadband laser. I can’t believe how much less red my face is!! People have even asked me why my skin looks so good. Kim has been wonderful- she is gentle, calm and always tells me what’s happening. An absolute professional and obviously skilled. I would recommend to anyone who is looking to improve the appearance of their rosacea- and moreover I would 100% recommend Kim!
