A $220 + HST deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due at your appointment. Your injector will be assigned based on availability and may include Cheryl, RN, Cathy, RN, Morghan, RN, Livia, RN, Dr. MacIsaac, Dr. Bonaparte, or Dr. Chitte.
